1. About this website

aetherconsultation.com presents the web presence, acquisition and measurement, tool integration and automation services offered under the name AEE Consultation. It is operated by Émile Théroux. To reach us: contact@aetherconsultation.com.

These terms govern the use of the website. They are not a service contract: the terms of an engagement are set out in a separate proposal or agreement accepted by the parties.

2. General information and enquiries

Service pages and blog articles provide general information. They do not replace advice tailored to your situation. We write them carefully, but they may become incomplete or outdated.

The scope, deliverables, limitations, price, external costs, payment arrangements and schedule of an engagement are specified before any agreement. Submitting a form or having a preliminary conversation does not, by itself, place an order or mean that AEE has accepted an engagement.

Results depend on each project's context. The website does not guarantee a search ranking, number of enquiries, advertising return or timeline, unless committed to in writing in an agreement.

3. Illustrations and examples

The website's illustrations, diagrams and examples explain an approach or a feature. Fictional businesses, data and results are identified as such. They do not represent AEE clients or actual results.

An illustration does not send an enquiry, book an appointment or activate any live service. A project's features are assessed against your needs, tool compatibility and the agreed scope.

4. Intellectual property

The website's text, graphics, marks, photographs, videos and other content belong to AEE or to their respective owners, or are used with permission. Viewing them does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

You may browse the website and share links to its pages. Any other reproduction, adaptation or commercial use requires the owner's permission, unless an applicable licence or the law allows it. Third-party material and open-source software remain subject to their own licences.

Rights in an engagement's deliverables, their handover and reuse are governed by the engagement agreement, not by these terms.

5. Acceptable use

Use the website and its forms lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access to systems or data, disrupt the website or submit malicious, misleading or automated content.

Provide only the information needed for your enquiry. Do not enter passwords, access tokens, identity documents or sensitive information in a form. Access needed for an engagement is arranged separately.

We may block access or a submission that does not comply with these terms or threatens the website's security.

6. Availability and external links

We may correct, update or remove website content and features. Interruptions may occur, including during maintenance or an incident. If the form is not working, write to contact@aetherconsultation.com.

Links to external websites are provided to help you consult resources. Their content, terms and privacy practices are the responsibility of their operators.

7. Privacy and responsibility

The handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Analytics choices are separate from a contact enquiry, and reading these terms does not constitute permission for those tools.

These terms do not exclude or limit any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited. They are not a waiver of your remedies. Commitments for an engagement are those of the relevant agreement and the mandatory rules of law.

8. Governing law, language and changes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Québec. The French version prevails in case of any discrepancy with the English version.
